Home Groups
Home groups are an important part of the life of our church. By meeting regularly, they provide an opportunity to get to know other church members better, making friendships and feeling supported and encouraged. Being a member of a home group provides an ideal opportunity to become involved in many aspects of church life.
They are key in helping us to fulfil our vision statement to become mature disciples of Jesus Christ.
Groups meet in different homes around our Parish on various weekdays and evenings. The purpose of the meeting is to pray, worship God together, study the bible, grow in our love for God, get to know each other, chat, laugh together, drink tea or coffee…….. and eat cake and biscuits!
We currently have 11 groups which meet fortnightly during the week, as follows:
Monday morning at 10am
Monday evening at 8pm
Monday evening at 7.45pm
Tuesday morning at 9.30am
Tuesday evening at 8pm
Tuesday evening at 8pm
Tuesday evening at 7.45pm (meets weekly)
Wednesday evening at 8pm
Wednesday evening at 7.45pm
Thursday evening at 7.30pm
Friday afternoon at 1.45pm
We have a group to suit everyone….!
